BHS ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR APRIL 17, 2024

Detentions: Morning detention in the library is NOT happening during EOC  testing days. If you would like to serve one or more detentions, you can report to  the Main Office during testing time. Early dismissal and after school detentions  will remain the same. 

GSA/Art Club: Fundraiser April 16 through the 19. We will be selling stickers,  Bead art, bracelets, magnets and more. Please stop outside of the cafeteria during  your lunch to support. All proceeds go to the Perry family. 

Big Spartan/Little Spartans: Is now taking applications for next year.  Applications are available in the guidance office and in your “Class of” Google  Classroom and must be turned in no later than 3pm Friday, April 26. 

Attention Seniors: Recently you were given a pink “COLLEGE AND  SCHOLARSHIP REPORTING FORM” and "EXITING  QUESTIONAIRE". Please complete these forms listing what your plans are after  graduation. Also list any scholarships that you are accepting. This form is due in  the Guidance Department by Thursday, April 25th. 

Girls Soccer: Meeting April 18 at 7pm in the High School Cafeteria. Math Club: Meeting Thursday, April 18 Mr. Gerthung’s room 306. Garden Club: Meeting Tuesday at 3pm in the cafeteria. 

Prom: Friday May 10 from 7:00 to 10:30 at Mr. Anthony’s. Tickets are $50.00  per person and include dinner. On sale Monday, April 22 through Friday, April 26  during all lunches. If you cannot purchase your ticket in this window, see Mrs.  Matiste in Room 105. Juniors and Seniors may bring Boardman Alumni or an  approved outside guest under the age of 21. Pick up your guest form in the office  prior to purchasing your ticket. 

Spanish Club: Meeting Monday, April 22 from 3-4:30 in Room 202.

Science Club Meeting: Sunday, April 21 from 12:00 to 2:00 at Millcreek Park.  We will be volunteering with Wild You Ohio. Please sign up on Google  Classroom or see Mr. Little. 

Photo Arts Club: Meeting April 25. 

Seniors: Submit your orders for Shirts and/or Yard Signs by April 28. Shorts Day: Monday April 22.
