Boardman Local Schools will host its mandatory Fall Sports Athlete and Parent Meeting on Wednesday, August 5, at 6:00 p.m. in the Boardman Performing Arts Center (BPAC) at Boardman High School.

This meeting is required for all student-athletes in grades 7-12 who plan to participate in a fall sport during the 2026-2027 school year. Only one parent or guardian is required to attend with the student-athlete.

Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. to allow families time to:

• Check in with coaches

• Complete any necessary paperwork

• Pay Pay-to-Play fees

The meeting will provide important information regarding athletic expectations, policies, procedures, and resources to help ensure a successful and safe fall season.

We encourage all families to arrive early to complete the check-in process before the meeting begins promptly at 6:00 p.m.
