When Assistant Athletic Director Rick Sypert needed distance marker posts for Boardman’s Cross Country Course, Industrial Arts Instructor Marvin Aeschbarger and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Instructor Michael Basista stepped up. Students helped build the posts and design the numbers, turning a simple lunchroom conversation into a hands-on lesson in collaboration and problem-solving.
